Needs Assessment
Over the last 15 months, we have been diligently working to maintain this lush, wonderful, vibrant, facility and are doing so with the love and effort of our wonderful staff, Board of Directors, and supporters. We would like to give you an opportunity to directly make a difference today by further participating with us.
Improving the Call System
Our patient call system has failed, and we are relying on a temporary solution. A contribution of $2,500 would help fund a professional, long-lasting system for one or more of the 10 rooms in need. This upgrade will significantly enhance care and communication, providing our staff and patients with a more reliable and effective solution. Your support in helping us reach this goal would be deeply appreciated and make a meaningful impact.
Upgrading Electronics
We need to upgrade our facility’s electronics to better serve the Christian Science Nursing Field. These enhancements will significantly improve our ability to deliver webinars, programs, and continuing education seamlessly. With a modest investment of $5,000, we can implement these vital upgrades, launching a program that will directly benefit our community and support our ongoing efforts. Your help in reaching this goal would be deeply appreciated.
Upgrading Diningware
Our current patient trays, plates, and serving dishes are serviceable, but we aspire to create a dining experience that embodies warmth and graciousness, offering comfort in every detail. Upgrading these items will enhance the environment for everyone. A contribution of $1,000 can make a meaningful difference, helping us bring this vision to life and providing a more nurturing experience for both our patients and staff.
Food Service & Cooling Needs
We’ve focused on improving our food service department, expanding staff and support to elevate quality. As we continue investing in this critical area, recent heatwaves have caused challenges with our air conditioning, freezer, and walk-in cooler systems. We now face over $20,000 in repair and replacement costs. Could you help facilitate some or part of this urgent need to ensure uninterrupted service and care?

Church Care Committee Workshop
September 28
On September 28th, we will be having a workshop for church care committees here at Broadview. If we can get the electronics portion funded from the above, we will make it available as a hybrid delivery. What can we do for you? How can we support the movement and your care committee?
Veteran Flag Pole Re-dedication
November 11
On Veterans Day, November 11th, we will be re-dedicating our flag and pole with a BBQ. We are especially welcoming Christian Science veterans who would like to come pay homage to those before us. Bill will share special comments about his recent visit to Ardennes where his uncle, lost in WW2, is marked.
