These proofs consist solely in the destruction of sin, sickness, and death by the power of Spirit, as Jesus destroyed them. This is an element of progress, and progress is the law of God, whose law demands of us only what we can certainly fulfil.” (Science and Health 232:32)
Progress was seen repeatedly at both Broadview and among our Visiting Christian Science Nurse Services recently. Guests who came in on stretchers or had difficulty walking found strength in their steps. One such guest arrived at Broadview, quickly found healing in a matter of days, and drove herself home. Other needs were immediately met when individuals who inquired about coming to Broadview were able to arrive that very same day. Our door is always open to those needing Christian Science nursing care and we are so grateful to have been able to accept a number of additional guests this month. We rejoice in the new nationwide benevolence fund as it has tangibly blessed a number of folks who felt they needed community support.
