Level 4 is a four-week class with a focus on management and leadership as a Christian Science nurse. Students will have one-on-one mentoring by an experienced Journal-listed Christian Science nurse as a Floor Leader at Broadview.
After a successful completion of this class, students are qualified to supervise and manage all aspects of a Christian Science nursing case including patient care, personnel assignments and evaluations, and administrative duties. A student who has taken this course and demonstrated a thorough practice of these skills is prepared to apply for listing as a Christian Science nurse in the Christian Science Journal.
Using the Bible as a guide, students will learn how to ethically and safely supervise a team of Christian Science nurses. Students will also receive instruction on how to effectively mentor fellow Christian Science nurses. Students will also spend time with administrative staff and department heads in order to better understand their roles in administration at Christian Science nursing facilities.
